The Culinary Kiosk is where some serious magic happens at the Co-op. Demos and tastings are constantly popping up due to our active Demo and Meal Solutions programs.
Michelle Guerrie is our enthusiastic Demo Coordinator who keeps things running smoothly at the Culinary Kiosk. She samples virtually all food items in the store; seasonal items; fun iconic traditions like cookies and milk; side-by-side comparison tastings and fresh made delicacies from our very own Deli.
We welcome current vendors to schedule and share your wares at the Kiosk. It’s a great way to get people excited about your product! Michelle is available to demo your product as well. The Meal Solutions program is aimed at the everyday cook with emphasis on foods from the bulk department and fresh produce that changes seasonally. Outreach Assistant Gretchen Phillips prepares recipes ranging from salads and side dishes to entrees and desserts. Recipe selections will satisfy vegans and omnivores alike. We offer a taste of Meal Solutions and ideas at the Kiosk along with a recipe three times a week. You can check out the current Meal Solutions tastings here.
