Our Community Classroom in Ashland Oregon is the venue for the Co-op’s Community Oven Cooking Classes, Free Monday Night Lectures and Special Community Events! The list of Cooking Classes and Free Monday Night Lectures are constantly changing due to seasonality, and interest from the public (that’s right, you)!

The Free Monday Night Lectures offered are a way for local practitioners to educate the public about their specialty. These talks range from childbirth, nutrition, retirement, personal development and anything else that aligns with our Co-op mission. For 2016 we are proud to work with two local practitioners, Joanne Lescher and David Fresilli, to provide ongoing lectures featuring various aspects of non violent communication, and holistic health and fitness.

Due to high demand we bring back many of our Cooking Class Instructors and repeat popular classes. We are here to enrich our community with the knowledge imparted by our amazing diversity of Instructors. We offer intimate classes with subjects ranging from soups to desserts, and encompass raw to omnivore dietary preferences. If you have a cooking class topic that you would like to see offered please let us know.

We welcome you to join us!
