Confused by all the conflicting information on fats and oils? Learn about which oils to use for cooking and which not to, the traditional use of fats and their cultural application, plus much more. Dinner includes an appetizer of Sesame Flavored Chickpeas followed by a Green Salad with Walnut Oil Vinaigrette. The main course is Sauteed Chicken Breast with Fresh Herb Compound Butter and Coconut Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Dessert is a Vanilla Short Bread guaranteed to melt in your mouth.
