Hard Cheese: A Two Day Workshop Day 1

Making cheese is a wonderful way to preserve milk for the winter and the end product is delicious and fun to make. Using the 8 step cheese-making process make Cheddar, Gouda, and Caprino cheeses. Lunch is included both days. Taught by Gilly Gifford

This two-day workshop will be Saturday, September 8/9am-1pm and Sunday, September 9/9-10am
