Return of RAW

You may have noticed that during the winter the Co-op Deli stopped most of our RAW program due to declining sales which I have to assume is because of the COLD weather. RAW food isn’t usually what people crave when the weather is close to freezing and I saw our RAW sales prove this. Although the RAW tiramisu and cheesecake seem to do well no matter the weather. Never fear, our RAW program will be returning with the return of warmer weather. We will bring back our popular RAW pizzas, the cultured cashew cheese, our raw lasagnas and we will be developing a few new recipes as well. We have received many suggestions to remove the nama shoyu from our raw products and replace it with coconut aminos which is a gluten free product. We will be looking into making this change as well.
