Julianaa Satie

Julianaa Satie specializes in the art of cooking healing, whole foods
without recipes. From an early age she was influenced by the Joy of Cooking
and Better Homes and Garden Magazine. With formal training in philosophy,
dance and choreography she has written several books and articles,
developed culinary education curriculum for personal chefs and home cooks,
and designed food service operations for private schools. Julianaa is the
President of Infusion Food Group, llc and founding director of
International Academy of Natural Cookery and Natural Cook Studio Arts Co.
(formerly School of Natural Cookery in Boulder, CO). In her free time you
may find Julianaa cooking for loved ones, eating inspired dishes and
indulging in the argentine tango.
