The Mission of our Meal Solutions Program is to provide shoppers with information and education about seasonal produce, grains, legumes, meats, seafood, and other products available at Ashland Food Co-op.
Three days a week, our culinary professionals prepare recipes for shoppers to sample at the Co-op's Culinary Kiosk. In addition to these tasty treats, you can pick up a Meal Solutions Recipe Card and ask questions about cooking techniques, products featured, or other culinary queries you may have.
You can find all our past Meal Solutions Recipes in our Online Recipe Archive . You can also view a step-by-step photo demonstration of two selected recipes each month. You can always find the link to these photo demonstrations on our homepage.
